“Ideas are raw excuation is everything“ this quote represent the need in the society today for the young entrepreneur to not just think out of the box but also start implementing and executing those ideas .With the same thought process Pankaj Ghadge started his entrepreneurial journey and founded Bee Fly Media in year 2016 ,being in the nascent stage, the core focus remains in delivering quality product and survival in the market which in return propels growth. In order to understand the passion behind team Bee Fly Media we must first understand the zeal and passion which went behind in making of what Bee Fly Media is today.
Mr. Pankaj Ghadge has grown up in middle class family. He completed is schooling from KBH (Nashik) till matrix. After that he take admission in science to become a computer engineer after his 12th. But after completing 12th he was not able to all the groups. The dream of becoming computer engineer was destroyed. Then he completed his graduation in science only. After completing his graduation, he completed his MBA from Sandip Foundation.He then goes to Pune in search of job. He used to travel 10-10km on his foot. After words he got a job in one marketing executive, where he was told to distribute pamphlet near famous college in Pune.After some days working there, he came to Nashik and stared thinking of doing some business. But after some he was doing a job in other marketing company in Nashik.Then in ending of 2015 he stared taking few steps for becoming an entrepreneur. He then joined some courses related to entrepreneurship development.And finally in 2016 he stared he own company named “BeeFly Media”.Which is related to the digital marketing.
