Ms. Apurva Rahalkar, at young age of 24 years has setup two businesses and proud owner of her two distinct businesses. At the age of 18 she decided to become an entrepreneur and setup an own business. She has completed her graduation and post-graduation in MA Psychology. Her desire to help others drove her to open her own counseling center “Samvad”, through which she guides and counsels people who are in need of help in nature of mental support.
As the name of business “Samvad” she meets several people and help them to solve and survive through the problems. She has adopted the quality to help other people from her grandfather. Her grandfather was a social worker. Though this is her first clinic, she didn’t abandoned her love and liking for handcraft things, which lead her to another of her venture “ARTVIBES”. Her second venture is all about creating new things. Her venture motto is “Spreading handcrafted happiness” speaks itself about her dreams. She create new things and spread happiness and smiles on the faces of people through attractive gifting options.
She also specializes in personalized gifting, corporate gifts throughout the year. Ms. Apurva Rahalkar completed her schooling at M. R. Sarda Kanya Vidya Mandir, Nashik, a Marathi medium school. Later on she went onto pursue her graduation and post-graduation in psychology from reputed institute, Deccan Education Society’s Fergusson College, Pune. Obtained her post graduate degree in Psychology with flying colors, she returned to Nashik to start her own practice. Case Study Mrs. Appurva Rahalkar Initially, she started freelancing at different schools, counselling of school kids, and giving motivational speeches. She helped kids through different brainstorming sessions. She also took sessions in different corporate firms. This bag of experience helped her to go one step closer to her dreams. Later on she went onto open her clinic “Samvad” which is present at the Canada corner, Nashik.
This profession of counselling gives her immense satisfaction, because through it she can have the satisfaction of helping others, which otherwise will go unnoticed in today’s world. In today’s fastest growing world, so much people, even youngsters and kids suffers from mental disorders. These mental situations, if overlooked may cause a severe problems. So, there must be someone who will understand their problems and can help them to survive through that situation. A proper guidance can help those people to live their lives peacefully. “Samvad” is a venture which helps such kind of people. Ms. Apurva Rahalkar hails from the family of entrepreneur. Her father Mr. Ashutosh Rahalkar owns a manufacturing firm. Entrepreneurship came naturally to her.
Her quality of successfully managing two businesses came from her father. Her father is a successful business person. His firm is basically a manufacturing firm where 40 people work. But instead of joining the family business, she choose to go for her own practice. Today she is proud owner of two successful businesses. Ms. Apurva is an athlete. She participated in various national level tournaments and won various awards. Her sports spirit keeps her active and energies all the time Her second business born out of her likings and ability to create new things. Her second venture ARTVIBES also has office at Canada corner, Nashik.
Through this business she provides Diwali decorations, personalized gifts, and corporate gifts throughout the year. With the help of her partner MS. Aboli Kulkarni, she creates different innovative, beautiful and fully handcrafted things. She also attended different exhibitions where all her products were sold-out. Her communication and marketing qualities also helps her to enhance her business. Impressed with her contemporary decorations, she received contracts from big corporate houses, big jewelry showrooms contracts for Diwali decorations. At very young age she has achieved so much. Today India is producing business minds in mass numbers. However, a large pie of this portion is contributed by young entrepreneur like Ms. Apurva.
Since now the business of growing, she is able to give employment to other people as well. Now she has 2 full time assistants in her decoration business. Her story inspires people throughout the startup journey and will motivate other young entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams
