Kadam lawns was founded twelve years ago in 2007-08. the owner of kadam lawns is sanjay kadam.
It took a full 1 year to build the lawns, as construction began slowly due to lack of money. Because he needed money for the construction of lawn, he borrowed Rs. 50 lacs from state Bank of India by mortgaging wife’s and mothers gold jewelry. He took loan of Rs. 10 lacs at a high interest rate from the lender. They got a profit of Rs.20,000 from the first wedding ceremony and Rs. 30,000 by second wedding ceremony. The installments were paid on time in the first year.
It took seven years to pay off the full debt. At that time they had a staff of only 4-5
